Receiving and keeping track of grievances<\/p>\n\u2022 receiving, registering, analyzing and first classifying;\n\u2022 alerting concerned parties.\n\nStep 2. Reviewing and investigating grievances\n\u2022 dialogue with the parties placing the claim or complaint;\n\u2022 analysis with all parties involved;\n\u2022 input receipt.\n\nStep 3. Developing resolution options, preparing a response, and closing out\n\u2022 creation of solutions for the party placing the grievance, e.g. through a settlement agreement;\n\u2022 resolution implementation\/realization.\n\nStep 4. Monitoring, reporting, and evaluating a grievance mechanism\n\u2022 keeping track of the arrangements;\n\u2022 informing the claimant about the state of its implementation.\n\u2022 evaluating grievance mechanism against management indicators.\n\nTimelines\n\nStep 1. Confirmation of receipt of the grievance and its registration &#8211; 3 business days;\n\nStep 2. Notification about the admissibility or inadmissibility -15 business days;\n\nStep 3. The grievances shall be submitted to the headquarters when the local grievance mechanism procedure has been exhausted and after refiling the grievance the potentially affected stakeholder considers
