Students from the eastern region were provided a unique opportunity to explore the prospects within the mining industry, particularly in the copper mining operations of Bucim and Borov Dol. The Open Doors and Career Development Day, hosted at UGD – Shtip, served as an invaluable platform for direct interaction between the mining community and students aspiring for careers in this dynamic field. Bucim and Borov Dol, in line with their commitment to fostering good practices, showcased the diverse career pathways within their operations, spanning across Shtip, Radovish, and Konce territories.<\/p>

Alekxandr Rakov, Manager of the Bucim and Borov Dol mines, expressed his growing enthusiasm for the event, stating, “Participation in UGD – Shtip’s Open Doors and Career Day underscores our dedication to nurturing local talent and advocating for the mining profession.
